Whitney McManama is the Manager of U.S. Research Operations for Robert Half Executive Search. Based in the firm’s Boston office, she provides research and market intelligence across a wide range of sectors for all Executive Search U.S. offices.


Whitney began her career with Robert Half in 2015 as a recruiting manager for The Creative Group. In April 2017, she joined Executive Search as an Associate, where she worked to identify and acquire top talent at the executive level for client engagements.

In her current role, Whitney oversees the research department and supports all Executive Search U.S. offices by developing targeted research and data mining strategies to provide candidate identification and market knowledge for individual search projects. Whitney is also responsible for supporting the Managing Directors and Principals with market research and strategies to drive business development efforts and plays an active role in building and maintaining a database of competitive industry and market knowledge.

Prior to joining Robert Half, Whitney spent several years in various roles in the legal and real estate management sectors.

Personal and Professional Activities

Whitney graduated cum laude from Harvard University, concentrating in the comparative study of religion. Outside of work, Whitney enjoys running: One of her proudest accomplishments is finishing the Boston Marathon as part of the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge team.
